State Bail Association Sanction Fee Form

State associations must provide proof that they are a viable association: copies of by-laws, articles of incorporation, charter and any other documents proving they are a legal association.  These documents go to the members of the PBUS board for review and decision making.  There is also an annual fee of $300 to be a sanctioned association.
